- Training Fees and Payment:
- Training fees are payable by credit or debit card through our secure website.
- Why not get your training fees covered by your employer? We encourage trainees to explore the possibility of having their training fees covered by their employers as part of their personal development and learning yearly allowance. Please check with your HR or Learning & Development department for eligibility.
- Training Schedule:
- The start date of the training will be determined based on the availability of both the trainee and The Verified Academy's schedule.
- All training sessions must be scheduled in advance and agreed upon by both parties.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
- Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the training, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
- Confidentiality:
- All information shared during the training sessions will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of enhancing your LinkedIn® personal brand.
